1. MUNICIPAL RATING ANALYST

Responsibilities

• Conduct the rating of local governments (provinces, districts, cities) in Indonesia. 
• Approach with the local government, finance department and other financial institutions (eg. World Bank and Asian Development Bank). 
• Collect and Managed Data related to the analysis of the client’s ratio. 
• Prepare a report analysing the results of the rating and made a presentation to the rating committees members. 
• Monitoring the client’s condition and conduct special monitoring if necessary. 
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with all clients and municipal institutions.

Requirements

• Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance Management, preferably majoring from Government Accounting.
• Excellent Academic result (min. GPA 3.00) 
• Min. 4 years of work experience as an Auditor of local governments or related fields. 
• Required skills: government accounting, public finance, and local government analysis. 
• Excellent presentation and communication skill 
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

2. NON-FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS RATING ANALYST

Responsibilities

• Conduct the rating process for clients & debt instruments, in accordance with PEFINDO’s procedure and regulations
• Collect and manage data for clients’ analysis on a regular basis.
• Prepare a comprehensive report and rating proposal and make a presentation to the rating committee members.
• Monitor the clients’ condition on a regular basis.
• Establish and maintain a good long-term relationship with the clients.
• Publish the rating actions to the stakeholders and media.
• Prepare articles on sectoral review and relevant issues.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance Management, Top Universities graduates will be preferable (Minimum GPA 3.00)
• Minimum 3 years working experience as credit analyst or auditor.
• Have a good comprehension on corporate sectors/industries (for Corporate Rating Analyst)
• Candidate who holds well-recognized financial analysis certification will be preferable.
• Excellent in English both verbal & written.
• Have ability to create reports in English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Able to work as a team and meet tight work deadlines.

3. CORPORATE SECRETARY

Responsibilities

• Creating institutional collaborations
• As a liaison officer of the Company with its stakeholders
• Maintaining regular communications with PEFINDO's stakeholders
• Responsible on PEFINDO's digital platform and social media
• Organizing General Meeting of Shareholders and other meetings
• Assist the corporate secretary with routine and incidental reports.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree (preferably majoring in Law) from reputable Universities
• 5-year experience in related fields.
• Have an understanding of corporate legal and corporate social media.
• Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
